The hotel was a suitable place for enjoying a nice enough area, short walk to the vatican, other attractions and centrum. The venue staff was REALLY KIND and friendly. The triple room room included climate control, multi-channel TV, and a refrigerator, we were happy about that. The bed was comfy and pillows too.

My room had a comfy sofa bed, central heating, and a TV 📺. the staff were all really nice and friendly. the best part was how close it was to the train station - just a minute's walk away! .

The staff were COURTEOUS, good location close to everything. It was also close to the Termini main train station, the city center, and centrum.

I absolutely loved the elegant decor of the hotel. The beautiful furniture and artwork created a warm and inviting atmosphere that made me feel right at home. The general areas were also very well-maintained and clean, making it easy for me to navigate around. as a senior woman, I truly appreciated the hotel's accessibility. The staff was always helpful, offering assistance whenever I needed it and ensuring that I had a comfortable stay.

The only thing I would have asked for to make it an even better vacation for senior people is if the hotel had handrails in the bathrooms. It would have provided extra support and security, especially for those of us who may have difficulty with balance or mobility.

Upon arrival, we were pleasantly surprised to be given a double room with a private bathroom and found the location to be great, as it was close to a large public park.

The location of this hotel was excellent, as it was close to the main train station and within walking distance to all the main attractions in this city. We didn't need to use public transportation as everything was easily accessible by foot. Additionally, there were several restaurants, grocery stores, and souvenir shops in the surrounding area, making it convenient for us to find food and souvenirs.

Some minor maintenance issues were present, such as a malfunctioning minibar and difficulties adjusting the water temperature in the shower. the cleanliness of the shower curtain and bathroom could have been better.

I always return to this hotel for my stay because I know I won't be disappointed. The staff found my lost earring on my first visit. It has all I need: Wi-Fi, luggage storage, TV, AC, and more. Can't wait to come back for New Year!
